The Chelsea Psychology Clinic

A New Brand Identity for a Chelsea Clinic to Fuel International Expansion

The Chelsea Psychology Clinic is a private psychology and psychiatry clinic based in Chelsea, London. Offering tailored therapy solutions at the highest level, they approached KIJO wanting a brand relaunch to represent their elevated and luxury service offering. 


With many years experience behind them, the clinic had reached a level that allowed them to be more strategic within their marketing and client onboarding. 


The Chelsea Psychology Clinic required a brand relaunch that would communicate its core values and highlight its trustworthy, professional and human approach to luxury psychology and psychiatry.

A Brand to Support Growth 

The project was ideal for the KIJO team as we explored the brand values that underpin the work of The Chelsea Psychology Clinic in order to create an appropriate rebrand across multiple channels.

We knew that we needed to evolve the existing brand that the clinic had grown over the years, moving it into a high-end, luxury market that was still caring, human and engaging. 

The Chelsea Psychology Clinic were also keen to begin expansion into Dubai, international markets and further B2B offerings. 

With an existing client base and reputation, the clinic required an updated set of brand values and brand tone of voice that they would be able to use to guide the company through future growth. 

A Luxury Visual

The KIJO team undertook extensive research, including workshops, in order to fully immerse themselves within The Chelsea Psychology Clinic, ensuring the brand creative and visuals were an accurate reflection of the clinic’s service offering and goals.

An elegant and understated aesthetic was created, using stylish typography and a minimalist logomark, developing a luxury and professional feel.

The typography was purposefully bold and elegant, helping the text to stand out without being overpowering to users. 

The use of a cream, gold and turquoise colour palette created a calming and professional feel, a direct reflection of the ethos of The Chelsea Psychology Clinic. 

We opted to incorporate high end photography and art direction into the brand visuals in order to represent the luxury service offering the clinic provides, as well as bringing a much needed human element to the messaging and resources. 

The brand guidelines help to ensure consistency throughout the clinic’s messaging across multiple platforms. The new branding would be displayed across their digital presence (website, social media and web app) as well as throughout marketing literature such as their pitch deck, posters, signage and leaflets.

Thanks to the new branding and pitch deck, The Chelsea Psychology Clinic are now able to expand their corporate offering to those in the insurance and business healthcare markets. 

The Results

The relaunch of The Chelsea Psychology Clinic’s brand was a thought-provoking and engaging project for the KIJO team. 

Thanks to our team of experts and strong client relationship we were able to create consistent messaging both visually and through the clinic’s corporate communications that has been crucial to meeting new marketing targets, such as international and B2B markets.

A new brand system also allowed The Chelsea Psychology Clinic to deliver across new digital touchpoints which will expand to include video consultation software in the future.

We created some supporting material to assist business operations and promotional activites. The monochrome stationery looks both professional and abstract with the use of a background pattern.

The brands typography is bold and elegant with the use of a traditional Serif called Quiche Sans complimenting a clean San-Serif called Poppins. The inclusion of a script font called Amoret Sans adds a human and classy touch to the brand.
