5 of the Best in Medical Website Design to Inspire Yours

Your medical website design is a core part of your organisation’s brand experience reflecting the service you offer your clients, and thus, a critical trust-building tool. In today’s medicine landscape, where clarity, credibility and compliance matter more than ever, your website plays a vital role in how patients, partners and/or stakeholders perceive your services.

At KIJO (we’re a web design agency in London), we understand the unique demands of medical website design (we’ve worked with several!). Whether you’re a private clinic, health tech firm, or part of a wider healthcare network, an expertly designed site supports better engagement, drives enquiries, and communicates trust.

To support the next iteration of your site, we’ve curated 5 examples of medical website designs that showcase what’s possible when best-practice design meets strategic medical marketing. For us, each one strikes a great balance between functionality, accessibility, and visual innovation.

What Do the Best in Medical Website Design Do Well?

Successful medical websites are easy to navigate, informative, and emotionally intelligent. Here are the elements most get right:

  • Intuitive Structure

Well-labelled, streamlined menus that guide users to the right page quickly, whether they’re looking for services, products or specialist support.

  • Clinically Clear Visuals

Colour palettes, iconography and layouts that support quick scanning and understanding. These elements are particularly vital when users may be stressed, time-pressured, or overwhelmed.

  • Modular Design Thinking

Flexible UI blocks that accommodate everything from product specs to regulatory disclaimers without cluttering the page.

  • Responsive Performance

Sites that load quickly, perform seamlessly on mobile, and meet key accessibility standards (such as WCAG compliance).

  • Built-In Digital Marketing Functionality

SEO-ready content structure, smart CTAs, and analytics-ready design to support wider medical digital marketing goals.

At KIJO, we build medical websites that are, of course, beautiful. However, they are also strategic, user-focused and future-proof.

KIJO’s Selection of the Best in Medical Website Design

We asked our Senior UX/UI Design Expert, Danny Findon-Kent, to assess 5 digital healthcare platforms that show how powerful design and clean functionality can promote even the most complex medical offerings.

Keikku

Keikku's medical website design is dark blue/black with just the logo at the centre top, copy that reads 'Don't miss a beat. Keikku, our next generation digital stethoscope' and a floating 3D image of the product. The menu bar floats at the bottom of the screen.

Location: Global (Digital Diagnostics)

Keikku’s platform is sharp, modern, and undeniably futuristic. The UI uses colour-coded containers and real-time LED-style feedback to reflect live data. This makes diagnostic information feel not just accessible, but engaging and dynamic. Keikku’s site is an excellent medical website design model, particularly for emerging medtech and digital health solutions.

“The colour-coded floating UI feels like a leap forward. It brings clarity to clinical complexity and makes interaction intuitive.”

DocGo

An expansive drone shot of a DocGo vehicle plays as the background of this medical website design. It drives along roads lined by green turf. The large typography (in white) reads: "high quality, highly accessible, health care for all.'
The menu in the top right consists of a burger menu button and a 'For Partners' drop down and 'For patients' drop down.

Location: United States (Mobile Healthcare)

DocGo’s medical website design champions usability. With bold typography, a clean interface and straightforward structure, the experience feels healthcare-focused but never cold. The site balances patient access and service info without overwhelming the user. This design is ideal for time-sensitive healthcare decisions.

“It’s a masterclass in clean design. It’s not intrusive, supportive, and highly functional across every screen size.”

Pharmacor

A smiling young woman with tight brown curly hair wearing a white lab coat and rectangular black glasses looks directly at camera. She is sat at a desk with a microscope. Behind her sits her team also working at their microscopes and computers. The headline reads 'Contributing to the quality of life.' Then, a button, that says 'See how'. This is Pharmacor's homepage.

Location: Australia (Pharmaceutical Distribution)

Pharmacor keeps things practical and clear. With defined product categories (Prescription, OTC, Speciality etc.) and no-nonsense navigation, it strips away the noise. Whilst the design is minimal, it’s efficient and well-suited for B2B users who need direct access to product data fast.

“It’s no-frills, but that’s the point. It’s simple navigation and clear segmentation make this a workhorse in pharmaceutical UX.”

Demophorius

Demophorius' homepage consists of one large box of images of medicine boxes titled 'product portfolio' and then a smaller box to the right of this which reads 'Demophorius lab - reinventing the future', and another beneaht this titled 'Timeline - Our story through time'. This is a very structured medical website design.

Location: Cyprus (Medical Device Manufacturer)

This multi-award-winning website blends visual elegance with structured content. Smooth parallax effects, futuristic UI blocks, and modular layouts provide an elevated, hospital-grade digital presence. Despite its creative edge, Demophorius’ site never loses clarity or function. This is rare for a site this visually ambitious.

“This site proves that medical doesn’t mean mundane. It’s immersive, refined, and still deeply informative.”

Oovie

Oovie's main homepage headline reads 'Cannabis in its purest form'. It's subheader in the bottom right reads 'we apply science to cannabis to offer high quality products. Our scientists achieve unparallelled..."
The image is as if the camera is on the floor looking up. It looks toward a blue sky and two floating, relaxed arms belonging to two separate white bodies are suspended - as if dancing.
There is a hamburger menu in the top left, and a 'where to buy' button in the top right.

Location: Canada (Medicinal Cannabis)

Oovie offers a modern solution to a growing space; medicinal cannabis. This medical website design simplifies complex products through clever filters, soft micro-animations, and welcoming language. It’s built for discovery, with a UX that supports education and reassurance, especially for new users navigating potentially unfamiliar territory.

“This is a delightful, friendly, and future-facing platform. Oovie demystifies a complex topic through clarity, filters, and fluent design.”

How Do I Create a Website to Maximise Our Medical Marketing Strategy?

Planning a new medical website starts with clear intentions and structured content. Here’s a quick guide to get your digital foundation right:

  • Know your users – Patients? Clinicians? Buyers? Each needs a specific digital path.

  • Design for trust – Clinical photography, credentials, certifications, and case studies all build confidence.
  • Think ahead – Make space for future services, multilingual content, or regulatory updates.
